About Me

I’m Welsh but I grew up in America and speak a little Welsh albeit with an American accent. I blame my parents! The important thing is that I’m back in Wales where I belong.

I trained to be an osteopath at the European School of Osteopathy in Maidstone, Kent where I lived before moving to West Wales in 2009. Before that, I worked as a sports therapist and earlier, as an environmental consultant.  Earlier still, I lived in America but that’s a different story….

As a sports therapist I worked for over 5 years with both club and army level rugby players and cyclists of all abilities. I have been cycling for over 20 years – off and on – and its fair to say that it is one of my main interests. I also enjoy walking and hiking in the great outdoors because you can see more at 4 miles an hour than you can at 20!

I am registered with the General Osteopathic Council and also am a member of the British Osteopathic Association.
