About me

I’m Welsh but I grew up in America and speak a little Welsh albeit with an American accent. I blame my parents! The important thing is that I’m back in Wales where I belong.

I trained to be an osteopath at the European School of Osteopathy in Maidstone, Kent where I lived before moving to West Wales in 2009. Before that, I worked as a sports therapist and earlier, as an environmental consultant.

Under my guise as a sports therapist I worked for over 5 years with both club and army level rugby players and cyclists of all abilities. I have been cycling on American and European roads for over 35 years, having started off road racing in and around Boulder, Colorado. These days its fair to say that I cycle more for fitness and the views over the hedge.I also enjoy walking and hiking in the great outdoors because you see things differently at 4 miles an hour than at 20!

I was registered with the General Osteopathic Council for eight years.I voluntarily resigned from the Register in July 2017.
