Giro d’Italia Start in Northern Ireland

Ian and I have just returned from a weekend in Northern Ireland to watch the first 3 stages of the Giro d’Italia.The weather wasn’t bad overall but the timing of the rain wasn’t kind to the cyclists.A great spectacle with the streets and residents of Belfast and the coast road towns resplendent in pink!Next year we’re definitely returning with our bikes…

Treatment Rates 2014

After 3 years, treatment rates are increasing from 1st April 2014 to £40 for a new patient and £35 for each follow-on treatment.I’m still giving a 10% discount to members of the Narberth Cycling Club (I am membership secretary afterall!) and I’m willing to offer discounts to other sports clubs if you can put forward a good case.

Sports Injury Clinic

I will be running a Sports Injury Clinic at Valley Gate on Monday and Thursday evenings between 6:00 and 7:00.The clinic will be used for specific sports injury diagnosis/rehabilitation and deep soft tissue massage, particularly useful for repetitive muscle pulls or cramping. Treatment times will be 15 minutes at a cost of £10. Please ring or email to pre-book an appointment.Club discounts do not apply to these treatments.

Mallorca Training Camp

Ian and I are just back from a week long cycling training camp in sunny Mallorca with Legros.What a shock to return to April freezing showers in Pembrokshire!Maybe this nasty bout of late spring weather is clearing the way for a lovely long hot summer.Lets hope so!

2013 Treatment Rates

Even though the cost of everything from potatoes to petrol seems to be increasing, the treatment rates at Valley Gate are staying the same for 2013.
